Shipping Policy

Thank you for your interest in our products. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your item(s) will arrive.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control.


Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship to:

  • United States

If you are located outside of our current shipping regions, please contact us at support@shopzuric.com and we’ll be happy to let you know when international shipping becomes available.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Issues & Delays

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@shopzuric.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

While we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, we will always do our best to help resolve any issues.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
